My dad is a local politician. When he runs for office he has a fundraiser. This summer, because he is running for office this year, he hosted a fundraiser. The last few elections he has been renting out this bar in Sloan called R Bar. Sloan is a village adjacent to Buffalo and surrounded by railroads. There is a sign, when you enter Sloan, that reads “Welcome to Sloan. The second happiest place on Earth” and underneath the words are images of Disney characters.
