Use your uwaterloo.ca email through Gmail.

Want to use your uwaterloo.ca email through Gmail and have no one be the wiser?

1. Go into the gmail “mail settings” -> Accounts and Import -> Send Mail as section
2. Follow the steps as they appear
3. Check off “Send through uwaterloo.ca SMTP servers”
4. Ensure the correct server is listed (should be the one you use to log in to mail i.e. mailservices.uwaterloo.ca)
5. Enter your user name and password
6. Select port 465 
7. Save changes
